Simplify Your Life: Rather than looking for ways to grasp more activities or tasks into the day, leave some things out. Ask yourself what actually needs to be done, what can stay and what can be left entirely. It’s OK to say no occasionally.

Get Active: Exercise is a confirmed way to avert—and sometimes treat—headaches. Exercise also provides a break from the strain of everyday life. Be watchful to warm up slowly. Rapid, forceful work out can cause headaches.

Eat Smart: A diet rich in fruits, vegetables and whole grains can provide you more liveliness—plus the energy you need to keep anxiety under control.
